We offer a full refund for faulty goods returned within a week of purchase as well as for postage charges incurred in returning the goods, provided the goods are returned in accordance with our instructions.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Should the goods already be dispatched, the cost of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer. Refund will be given once the items have been returned to us in perfect condition.
